In the first quarter of 2024, the top Film & Television apps on iOS in Egypt showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly revenue, downloads, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, highlights the dynamics of these popular apps.

Shahid - ﺷﺎﻫﺪ from MBC Group saw significant fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $54.9K in late January. Weekly downloads exhibited a substantial surge in mid-March, reaching 57.2K. Active users also showed notable growth, peaking at 72.3K in mid-March.

WATCH IT: Drama,Movies experienced a relatively steady weekly revenue, with a peak of approximately $17.5K in mid-March. The app's weekly downloads peaked at 35.9K in mid-March, while active users saw a high of 84.4K in the same period.

Yango Play, a newer entry, showed impressive growth in downloads, with a peak of 43.5K in mid-March. Active users also increased significantly, reaching 62.7K by the end of March. Revenue remained modest, peaking at $61 in mid-February.

Jawwy TV - TV جوّي from Intigral International FZ-LLC had a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 14.9K in mid-March. Revenue, however, remained relatively low, with a peak of $1.4K in late January.

Netflix maintained consistent weekly downloads, peaking at 4.5K in mid-February. Revenue was stable but modest, with a peak of $738 in early January. Active users remained strong, peaking at 43K in late January.
